COURSE DESCRIPTION
Description:
Purdue's Agile Certificate is a five-week, instructor-led, online course. Participants will prepare themselves for the rapidly growing field of Agile Project Management while becoming versed in several agile approaches including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme programming (XP) and Scrumban. Complete your arsenal of project management tools, so that you are prepared for ANY type of project. Align your skills with the global standard set by Project Management Institute®. Prepare yourself for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner(PMI-ACP)® Exam. Prepare yourself to pass the newest version of PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam
There are two textbooks used for this course: Agile Practice Guide, Project Management Institute, Inc., September 2017 (ISBN: 978-1-62825-199-9) and Agile Project Management: 2 Books in 1: Beginner’s Guide & Methodology, The Definitive Guide to Master Scrum, Kanban, XP, Crystal, FDD, DSDM, January 1, 2020 (ISBN: 9781654040789). You are responsible for obtaining your own copies of both of these textbooks.
