Early registration extended until July 1, 2011, is $100 per person. After July 1, 2011, full registration for this event will be $125 per person. The registration fee includes all breaks and refreshments on both days; lunch on day 1; boxed lunch on day 2; transportation to and from the wind farm on the optional bus trip on day 2; and all conference materials.

IREC (Indiana Renewable Energy Conference) Distributed Power Sessions - Day 1 only Registration for these sessions is $25 and only includes access to the Exhibit Hall and break refreshments.

IREC Teacher Workshop Day 2 ONLY: Registration for this session is $25 and only includes access to the Exhibit Hall and break refreshments.Teachers wishing to attend the full conference and the Teacher Workshop can purchase both for a total of $100 - See below for the IREC Teacher All Access Pass.

GICCC (Greater Indiana Clean Cities Coalition) EV (Electric Vehicle) Workshop Registration for these sessions is $75 and includes lunch on Day 1, access to the Exhibit Hall and break refreshments.

Exhibit Hall only This registration only allows the participant into the Exhibit Hall. You will not be allowed in any of the sessions taking place on eithr day. This fee also includes break refreshments.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration for this event, please email Kathy Walters, kw@purdue.edu immediately. Full refunds will be allowed until July 8, 2011. After that date, no refunds will be made.

Please note, the registration fee does not include parking for this event. Please refer to the Indianapolis Downtown parking site for parking locations in the area of the Indianapolis Convention Center.

Tour Information This year there will be three different tours offered for all-access attendees.

The Wind Farm tour will be to the Horizon Energy Meadow Lake 1 Wind Farm in White County. Space is limited for this tour, so please sign up early. A bus will be provided for those that wish to ride from the Convention Center to the Wind Farm. If you live in Northern Indiana and wish to drive to a location to meet the bus, directions will be provided at the registration desk for this.

The Biomass tour to the Southside Landfill in Indianapolis will be another tour offered. Space is also limited for this tour. A bus will be provided for those that wish to ride from the Convention Center to the Biomass tour at the Southside Landfill. You must ride the bus to participate in this tour .

The other tour is the Solar tour to Johnson Melloh in Indianapolis. No transportation will be provided for the Solar tour at Johnson Melloh but directions will be provided at the registration desk for those interested in this tour.

Accommodation Information: The Indianapolis JW Marriott Downtown is the preferred hotel for this event. A room block is set up under the name of "Wind Indiana." Please refer to "Wind Indiana" when making reservations. To make reservations, please call (317) 860-5800.
