Thank you for choosing the Lean Principles course from Purdue University Online! 

This course is offered in our learning management system, Brightspace. Your enrollment into Brightspace should be automatic. Once enrolled, learners with an existing Brightspace account may log in under their respective learner tile. Learners without a Brightspace account will receive an email notification with instructions to complete account set-up.   

If you have an @purdue.edu email address, you will log in under the Purdue West Lafayette tile using your career account credentials. If you do not have a Purdue email address, you will log in under the "ONLINE CORPORATE AND NONCREDIT" tile at the bottom of the login screen. The email address you registered with will be your username.

Your instructor for this section is John Kamp. He will be sending you a welcome letter with pertinent information near or on the course start date. 

Students are responsible for obtaining their own copy of the following required textbook, “Lean Thinking: Banish Waste and Create Wealth in Your Corporation” (2003) by Womack, J. and Jones, D. Free Press. ISBN 978-0743249270. 

The official start date for this session is October 15th. You will be able to access the course in Brightspace one week early on October 8th.
