Course Description: CPR is often futile with survival to discharge rates hovering at less than 10% for veterinary patients. Nonetheless, it is not going to go away, so knowing what to do is important. The RECOVER initiative was just completed and offers up evidence-based guidelines for doing the best CPR you can. This session will review the large-scale study and provide tips and advice on proper technique.
