Course Description: Anaphylaxis occurs for many different reasons and can manifest as a mild allergic reaction or escalate to severe hypovolemic or anaphylactic shock. In order to treat these patients quickly and affectively, it is important to understand the basics of immunology as well as numerous causes of anaphylaxis.
