Career Decision Making (CDM)

Purpose: This session is designed to bring the personal needs and wants of the employee to the forefront of the work conversation.This session allows participants to identify their top core work values, skill strengths, and ideal job conditions. The session information reinforces and offers ways to obtain ideal job fit. We call this ideal job state the "Apex".
