Fundamentals of Leadership

Course Image
  • Purpose: To enhance the supervisor's awareness of the needs of the unit. This is a highly interactive course designed to assess the unit needs from the perspective of the participant's supervisor, peers, and direct reports. During the workshop the supervisor begins shaping his/her managerial legacy as they align their supervisory skills to fit unit needs.

  • Audience: Purdue supervisors and aspiring supervisors

  • Availability: Three hour workshops listed below.
