This advanced Qualtrics session will focus on Email Triggers. Email Triggers allow you to send an email notification to someone when a survey response is completed and specified conditions are met. When you need to know about a response immediately or send a follow-up email to your respondents, Email Triggers provide a simple solution. Previous experience with Qualtrics (creating new surveys, creating questions) will be necessary in order for the session to focus on this specific topic. After this session, attendees will be able to:
- Create a two question survey
- Add an Email Trigger on a question
- Add a condition to the Email Trigger
- Distribute the survey using the Qualtrics Emailer
- View email from the Email Trigger
