Description:
This course provides technicians with a practical understanding of export control regulations, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies in technology-driven industries. Learners will explore essential topics such as dual-use, export control frameworks, intangible technology transfers, and Internal Compliance Programs (ICPs).
- Demonstrate comprehension of export control basics.
- Illustrate the handling of controlled technologies.
- Define the importance of compliance.
- Identify and develop export control compliance programs to enhance security through examination of case studies and best practices.
