Description:
This course explores global counterproliferation frameworks and the strategic use of export controls to prevent the spread of sensitive technologies. Learners examine case studies, U.S. regulatory systems, and best practices for mitigating technology transfer risks and ensuring compliance across multilateral regimes.
- Define counterproliferation and apply counterproliferation strategies to mitigate security risks.
- Demonstrate comprehension of U.S. export control regulations and compliance requirements.
- Develop approaches to mitigate risks and protect sensitive technologies
- Apply compliance best practices to strengthen international coordination
