COURSE DESCRIPTION
Description:
This course analyzes trade control frameworks shaping the global semiconductor supply chain. Learners apply U.S. export control policies, technology transfer principles, and compliance best practices to enhance cooperation on critical and emerging technologies, enhance technology protection, and mitigate international trade risks.
- Analyze key principles and frameworks of international trade laws and export control mechanisms to explain their impact on global commerce and technology exchange.
- Apply U.S. trade and export control policies to evaluate strategies that facilitate compliance and enhance cooperation with U.S. companies on critical and emerging technologies.
- Develop effective compliance strategies.
