COURSE DESCRIPTION
Description:
Leading organizational change requires the application of principles and techniques to motivate individuals, teams and entire organizations. This program provides practical tools that build trust, improve accountability and culture, and develop change management leadership techniques. All executive education programs will be held at High Alpha in Indianapolis.
