COURSE DESCRIPTION
Description:
Excellence in communication, articulating a unique personal brand, and leading with courage and political savvy are crucial skills for any executive. This program equips leaders to develop their skills in emotional intelligence, deep listening, having crucial conversations and managing group dynamics. All executive education programs will be held at High Alpha in Indianapolis.
