Your extension should be applied within two business days. If you have lost access to the online course, it should be returned at that time. If, after purchasing an extension, you have not been able to get back in to your course within five days, please contact us at Pest@purdue.edu.

Refund Policy
Students who wish to return a course after all materials are received back at Purdue in new condition will receive a pro-rated fee refund according to the following schedule. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- For online courses, once you start the program there is no refund.
- Within 15 days from the date of enrollment: 100%
- 15 – 30 days after the date of enrollment: 50%
- 30 days after the date of enrollment: No refund.
